The following are 3 different scenarios and possible eating plans

 

The Two-Day Tuesday Plan

OMAD Monday –supper is the only meal

Two day Tuesday – eat nothing, just drink snakejuice

ODINs OMAD on Wednesday – feast !, ends your 48 hour fast

OMAD Thursday –

Now we’re into a social weekend:  OMAD, OMAD, OMAD

OMAD Friday – maybe Happy Hour with your work buds

OMAD Saturday – maybe a birthday party or take that special someone out to dinner

OMAD Sunday – maybe while watching football

 

 

The Three Day Thursday Plan

OMAD Monday

OMAD Tuesday

OMAD Wednesday – eat big, you’re starting a 72 hour fast

Three Day Thursday – first full day of not eating

Fasting Friday – second full day of not eating

OMAD Saturday – time to feast

back to OMAD Sunday

 

The two-48s plan

OMAD Monday – eat supper

Two day Tuesday – eat nothing, just snakejuice

ODINs OMAD on Wednesday –  supper feast which ends your first 48 hour fast

OMAD Thursday – after supper, starts another 48 hour fast

Fasting Friday – just snakejuice

OMAD Saturday – maybe a social outing

OMAD Sunday – maybe brunch
