is this your approach:  I want to lose weight with the smallest amount of pain, least amount of effort, and minor changes to my life?

you know you’re going to have some troubles adapting to your new lifestyle, but right now, you’ve got some decisions to make

Keto folks eat super low carb ALL THE TIME—one to two meals a day, and they sprinkle in a 2 or 3 day fast every week.

Fasting folks can eat the same foods as their family and friends, but eat only 1 meal a day, and pepper in a 2 or 3 day fast every week.

if changing the types of foods is easier—then do keto and some extended fasting

if eating one meal a day of pretty much any types of food is easier — then do OMAD with some extended fasting.

with either plan, you should stick to it for at least a month before you try the other plan

I will typically do keto for 3 months which for me is more effective for losing weight

then non-keto Omad for 3 months — mainly maintaining my weight – it’s a little easier around summer vacation and around christmas

try one—then the other—then maybe the two together

Fasting Motivation is not medical advice. I am not an expert. Consult a physician
