Keto folks eat super low carb ALL THE TIME—one to two meals a day, and they sprinkle in a 2 or 3 day fast every week.
Fasting folks can eat the same foods as their family and friends, but eat only 1 meal a day, and pepper in a 2 or 3 day fast every week.
if changing the types of foods is easier—then do keto and some extended fasting
if eating one meal a day of pretty much any types of food is easier — then do OMAD with some extended fasting.
with either plan, you should stick to it for at least a month before you try the other plan
I will typically do keto for 3 months which for me is more effective for losing weight
then non-keto Omad for 3 months — mainly maintaining my weight – it’s a little easier around summer vacation and around christmas
try one—then the other—then maybe the two together
