Dr. Berg gives you 5 hacks to get you into keto faster, and lose more fat

  1. Bring your carbs down to 0, or very close
  2. Get 3-6 ounces of protein per day
  3. Don’t add extra fat or fat bombs— the fat that you burn needs to come from your body, you want to keep your fat at about 75 grams per day
  4. seven cups of leafy greens for potassium, sodium, magnesium, and fiber
  5. Intermittent fasting—move to one meal a day….OMAD, OMAD, OMAD


These 5 hacks from Dr. Berg are very consistent with everything else here at fasting motivation, the only thing that we would add, is to also do a two-day Tuesday or a three-day Thursday—-that’s extreme!
