Fasting Motivation 72 Make a Plan Monday
I am traveling for work this week, so my plan is a single two day Thursday
This is also the topic for today, which is eating plans when you’ve reached your goal. you’re lean. you canyou’re your abdominal muscles, and you’re going to slowly transition into your maintenance plan.
so starting today, Monday, it’s eat-eat-eat-fast-eat-eat-eat
with six omad days this week.
Today’s talk is about maintenance plans, so if you’re fat, and you have a ways to go, click next, and don’t even think about the rest of this episode.
Even though I have not found my goal weight yet, I am getting close.
In one week increments, I will make only one change every seven days, and get on that scale every day, and use fat calipers every day. If I start gaining fat, I’ll go back to where I was the week before
Try one of these at a time, do not do too much in one week, no fucking YOLO moments:
- only one 48 fast a week
- allow one carb-up day every 2 weeks…but be smart about it
- add in some more variety into the foods that you’re eating
- change up your exercise routine
- allow yourself 2 meals on the day before or after your 48 hour fast
The key is that you’re not going off your plan, you’re replacing it with a new plan. You need to stay at your goal weight for at least 6 months before your body really gets used to it.
