who lost 50 pounds in about 12 weeks by using keto and intermittent fasting

here are his thoughts:

 

first thing in the morning, he would have a bunch of water

he fasts 16 hours a day with an 8 hour eating window

he does drink black coffee and green tea in the morning

he adds salt to his coffee to avoid an electrolyte imbalance

 

he also likes apple cider vinegar

supposed to help with mineral uptake

 

salt helps with energy and reduces headaches

 

keto + fasting is a combined powerful way to

 

he cooks protein in high fat like grass fed butter, olive oil, and coconut oil

 

he eats fatty steaks, salmon

 

stay away from sweeteners, to avoid any sweet tooth

 

adds mct oil, its like rocket fuel, its more readily available to your body to burn

 

he eats a lot of eggs, uncured bacon, cauliflower , spinach, broccoli

 

do some kind of workout routine that you enjoy and you can be consistent

 

if you hit a plateau, add more workouts, but some stalls are okay, just wait it out
