in order to lose fat, you want to create a calorie deficit and burn fat everywhere

 

to burn calories, you want to work more muscles and utilize more joints

exercises:

burpees with a pushup combined with mountain climbers

 

you might start breathing pretty heavy

your heart rate goes up

 

then dive bombers with a sit through

 

 

next high knees with a sprawl

this will get you winded pretty fast

 

another exercise is the step up

 

finally lateral lunges with a  squat jump

 

these exercises are great to change it up

 

20 seconds 10 seconds off

 

 

always be thinking….change it up, keep moving, do something your body is not used to doing.

and remember, most people eat back the calories that they just worked off,
