here are some of her points to get started:

  • use a notebook to take notes
  • take apple cider vinegar every morning
  • keep a journal every day, do a screenshot, take an accountability video
  • the program starts with a 3 day fast.
  • Day 1 and day 2 are snake juice fasting
  • day 3 is a dry fast
  • no heavy activity for the first 3 days
  • at 6:30pm, weigh yourself, track this number, this number must be lower the next time that you do a refeed
  • right after that, you do a kidney shot, baking soda, a little lemon juice
  • break your fast at 7pm with your refeed. that’s a 72 hour fast
  • then you will start again
  • you will lose a lot of fat on the 72 hour routine
