Today’s video is Kayla from the  Six Miles To Supper youtubes and she says that it is really important to Learn to Eat All the Foods Guilt Free While Intermittent Fasting

 

Here are some of the points from the linked video:

 

  • she always went back to eating carbs and other foods
  • she was very jealous of people who could eat whatever they want and still stay fit
  • she would feel stressed about every bite that she would have
  • she would watch her husband make a sandwich with a whole bunch of peanut butter on it, and thought hmmm, maybe that’s a better way to eat!
  • forbidden fruit is the sweetest
  • finally she got to, when she is eating OMAD, eat as much as you want, and NO FEELING GUILTY after
  • now that there isn’t forbidden food, she eats more healthy, for some reason
  • now, there is no “bad place” where I eat the extremes
  • once I hit my goal weight, I’m not changing anything
