remember Weekends are not YOLO, weekends are planned, they are not free-eating periods

John eats OMAD, the linked video is episode 10 of john’s omad series,

Can’t Lose Weight Eating One Meal A Day! (OMAD)

here are some notes from John:

  • the real thing that omad does is it lets you skip breakfast and lunch
  • if you skip breakfast and lunch, it will be harder to take in all those calories in one meal
  • that’s why omad works better than the 16:8 protocol
  • there are physiological and mental benefits as well
  • part of the problem is that eating 3 meals a day or even 2, you are much more likely to overeat
  • if you get stuck, you might have to actually count calories,
  • a second option, 2 out of 3 days, eat super healthy, low carb, like chicken and broccoli, then on the 3rd day, eat a big fun meal. this keeps you motivated
  • John also recommends bodybuilding.com to see what they’re eating: lean meats and vegetables
  • as you get more lean, it will get harder

here on fasting motivation, I believe that keeping insulin low for most of the day will allow your body to start burning body fat more easily, especially if you are doing 2-day and 3-day fasts or eating keto

Figure it out!  The Fasting Motivation podcast is not medical advice.

When I get the hungries, I do a quick walk and repeat my daily declaration:
