I’ve been ending each podcast with some options to do when you get the hungries

if you want, take this list, print it out on some card stock, and leave them on your desk

when YOU get the hungries, take the next daily declaration and go for a little walk

its getting nice outside, get some sunshine, listen to your favorite podcast, and repeat your declaration


Here are some of the ones that we’ve done:

No food ‘til supper

I start every day with my OWN morning ritual

it’s a simple simple rule, just don’t eat

I can always walk
