Look back on your journals over the last month?
if you’re stuck, and you’ve been at it for a full month, change it up.
- maybe fast differently
- change the macros
- go back to tracking your calories
- pick things up put things down
- add some great new habit this month. it takes about 2 weeks for something to be a habit
- talk to someone, get a tribe
- its not necessarily about doubling
if you’re making progress, even if its slow, then stick to the plan ! why screw up success?
