What worked for you?

Look back on your journals over the last month?


if you’re stuck, and you’ve been at it for a full month, change it up.

  • maybe fast differently
  • change the macros
  • go back to tracking your calories
  • pick things up put things down
  • add some great new habit this month. it takes about 2 weeks for something to be a habit
  • talk to someone, get a tribe
  • its not necessarily about doubling


if you’re making progress, even if its slow, then stick to the plan !  why screw up success?
