The linked video is about being stuck at 15% body fat, here are my notes:

  • there is no quick fix
  • statistically, its easier to be a millionaire than to get a six pack
  • why are you stuck, how can you change your approach?
  • Mario is at 10-12% body fat
  • getting from 15% to 10% is different than getting from 25% to 15%
  • intermittent fasting, and keto, and HIIT can help getting you to 15%
  • Going from 25% to 15% in terms of hunger isn’t as difficult if your diet is mainly unprocessed healthy foods.
  • at 25% Mario was desperate, he felt fat, didn’t like his look, this pushed him to get to 15%
  • that did not work to get to 10% because you already look good
  • the desperation doesn’t work any more
  • at 13%, every mistake has an impact
  • mentally, your goal isn’t enough.
  • get clear on what type of person you want to be
  • are you the type of guy who won’t settle for average
  • precision, detail, discipline
  • you need to find your passion
  • you have to find a way to stop the self-sabotage
  • the overall approach and mentality
  • are you the type of person who won’t settle for anything else but the best
  • then nothing will stop you, you’ll find mentors
