  • use a scale
  • use paper and pencil
  • track your progress
  • don’t drink caffeine or anything but snake juice and plain water
  • he drinks 3-4 liters of snake juice every day
  • Lawrence’s refeed is mainly meat plus: a tablespoon butter, 4 eggs, a yam
  • he eats 12 ounces of meat every day
  • he gets to about 2100 calories during a refeed
  • he uses ketone strips
  • set your mind
  • get rid of negative influences
  • he lost 100 pounds on the snake diet
