Here are my notes:

  • one of the core parts of social normalcy is that your family is all obese and eat
  • why would parents let their children look like them, when they don’t want to be fat
  • no one wants to be fat
  • If you feel guilty about being fat, the best way to bury that guilt is to hang around people just as fat as you are
  • 70% of Americans are obese or overweight
  • according to Nathaniel, 90% of Americans are fat or obese
  • excess fat is dangerous
  • it increases chance of breast cancer, childhood cancer, heart health, strokes, diabetes, blood pressure, sleep apnea, infertility
  • fat people want their spouses to be fat because it makes them more secure
  • why would a parent poison their own children?
  • when a husband loses weight, the wife jumps in to undermine
  • we’re a bunch of zombies operating on autopilot waiting for the next bite
  • and don’t you dare try to be different
  • we know that we need to get away from them
  • our decision to march to the beat of a different drummer will allow us to help them down the road
  • be a leader not a follower
  • fulfill excellent health your body and strength in your bones
  • I can be healthy I will be healthy I must be healthy
