  • this is about bad bacteria that grows in the gut
  • gut health is essential
  • 70% of our immune system is in our gut
  • you can build a healthy gut through diet
  • a plant rich diet helps
  • junk foods do the opposite of plant foods by building bad bacterial strains in our gut
  • candida albicans can grow out of control by eating junk food
  • Nathaniel says that Candida can drive cravings for sugar and junk food
  • bad gut health is associated with obesity, poor sleep and food sensitivities
  • the snickers commercial admits that junk foods can create instant personality disorder
  • in the commercial when you give the grumpy man his snickers, his dope, he feels better
  • whats the answer?
  • a nutrient rich natural food diet
  • when you eat foods that are deficient in micronutrients and fiber, you have to overeat to feel full
  • even when you get done eating, your brain is begging for more
  • after 3 hours, you end up giving in
  • so you get a 500 pound person can eat all day and still be hungry
  • aspartame and MSG turn off leptin, the “I’m full hormone”
  • why does it take so much to get full of junk food?
  • the brain controls whether you’re hungry or not

food is meant to nourish our body, when your diet is not giving you the nourishment you need, toxic hunger, bad bacteria, and leptin being shut off will drive you to eat all day
