what did OMAD fix in me?
Here are my notes:
- the first thing omad fixed for him was sleep apnea
- he lost 40 pounds, he sleeps through the night, he’s more rested
- you can store fat in the back of your throat, so if you lose some weight, that fat can go away and let you breathe better when sleeping
- secondly OMAD helped with knee pain tremendously, losing the weight helped big, but also reduced inflammation
- third, Cdub stopped getting skin new tags, not one
- next, cdub seems to be getting sick a lot less
- fifth, omad helped cdubs relationship with food, there are fewer cravings and he makes better food choices
- Cdub also found that after omad, after losing the weight, he now sweats less and his odor is much better
