  • if you want to lose fat as fast as possible
  • and you want to get ripped
  • the simplest diet to get ripped, lose fat, and not lose muscle
  • the simplest diet to do is protein and fiber
  • meat, eggs, fish, that’s your protein
  • fiber is spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower
  • protein has a high thermic effect, meaning it takes calories to digest it
  • its also super satiating
  • fiber makes you full without adding calories that you can use
  • when you eat the protein, your insulin will spike, which will help you hold onto muscle
  • a lot of fitness models work this way
  • its not the best diet to build muscle on, this is about losing body fat
  • most meats and veggies have a lot of nutrients in them, so you should feel good
  • this plan is simple simple simple
  • you can turn it up a notch by skipping breakfast
  • you can turn it up a notch by doing 3 ten minute walks a day
