  • #2 stop putting unrealistic expectations on yourself
  • #3 respect and love the process
  • it takes time
  • think about how many years and meals it took to put the weight on
  • if you try to go too fast, you lose your steam and momentum
  • the weight will come off in time
  • #4 educate yourself
  • read, watch videos, soak up the information, learn what’s good food
  • #5 don’t be so hard on yourself
  • if you feel guilty when you decide to get off the discipline train, you will feel guilty the whole time you are off the discipline train
  • if you decide to get off the discipline train, make that a real conscious decision
  • work on good habits, but don’t be too hard on yourself
  • #6 you have to believe in yourself first
  • #7 I want to be a kick ass 100 year old person, stay fit and strong and flexible
