It’s Monday?  what’s your plan?

I will do a 3 day Thursday fast

Here are my notes:

  • we have an obesity crises
  • these folks are eating themselves to death
  • they blame other people and don’t take full responsibility
  • its no one elses fault except yours
  • just stop f-ing eating
  • this is not rocket science
  • it does require self discipline
  • if I offered you a million dollars, could you do it?
  • start fasting on a regular basis
  • one meal every day is a good way to go
  • or you can do one meal every 2 days
  • over time your body will get more adapted to burning body fat as needed
  • the quicker you start seeing results, the more likely you are to stay on track
  • tap into the stored fuel source
  • just do it
