I will do a 3 day Thursday fast

this is a very motivating video, but there is some colorful language
Here are my notes:
- we have an obesity crises
- these folks are eating themselves to death
- they blame other people and don’t take full responsibility
- its no one elses fault except yours
- just stop f-ing eating
- this is not rocket science
- it does require self discipline
- if I offered you a million dollars, could you do it?
- start fasting on a regular basis
- one meal every day is a good way to go
- or you can do one meal every 2 days
- over time your body will get more adapted to burning body fat as needed
- the quicker you start seeing results, the more likely you are to stay on track
- tap into the stored fuel source
- just do it
