  • beating diabetes

Josh does his weigh ins where he breaks through the 250 pounds.  he was at a set point and broke through it:

  • he suggests doing the apple cider vinegar twice a day
  • do body measurements to help keep
  • weigh yourself every day, but don’t get discouraged
  • in 4 months Josh went from a size 56 pant size to a 36 pant size
  • how bad do you want it?
  • are you willing to do what it takes to get to your goal?
  • will you 48s and 72s?
  • don’t overthink your fasts
  • if you have family events, modify your fast to IF or OMAD
  • its your body, be focused on you
