Josh does his weigh ins where he breaks through the 250 pounds. he was at a set point and broke through it:
- he suggests doing the apple cider vinegar twice a day
- do body measurements to help keep
- weigh yourself every day, but don’t get discouraged
- in 4 months Josh went from a size 56 pant size to a 36 pant size
- how bad do you want it?
- are you willing to do what it takes to get to your goal?
- will you 48s and 72s?
- don’t overthink your fasts
- if you have family events, modify your fast to IF or OMAD
- its your body, be focused on you
