  • don’t say, I don’t have to learn or watch all those videos
  • people accept belief systems about health that are wrong
  • most people spend their whole lives avoiding failure
  • but failure is necessary to learn and move forward


here are the 5 most common false belief systems:

  • we’re all gonna die anyway
  • everything’s poisong
  • its all about doing things in moderation
  • well bob ate perfectly and lived a perfect life and he still dropped dead of a heart atttck
  • my great gramma ate chitlins fried n lard every day and lived to be 150 years old


  • you will hear all these from the insane food zombies
  • for many, the fight is too much, so they fall into hopelessness
  • they reject education
  • they put up a façade like I don’t care
  • they have been zombie-d out
  • don’t you dare let this happen to you
  • don’t give up the fight
  • stop being a victim and be a victor
  • we may be outnumbered, but we have the truth on our side
  • don’t you dare give up on your health
  • it takes courage to be different
  • it takes courage to bring a salad to a family get together
