guess what, it’s the first Monday of the month !

- I am going to up my carbohydrates this month, but continue with omad and 2-day Tuesdays
- I will do a 20 minute jog at least Monday – Friday every week, and do something on the weekends
- I will lift 3 times a week
- I will get my gold star every day and look back on November 30th and see 30 gold stars!

- are you healthier?
- how many days did you get to the gym?
- what motivation works?
- what doesn’t?
- what habit chains are working?
- can you add another habit to your morning chain?
- to the habit chain that happens right after work?
- can you do a lunchtime habit chain of 2-3 items?
- can you do an evening habit chain right after supper? or right after the kids go to bed?
- do you need to change it up? are you 2-3 pounds lighter than you were 30 days ago?
- if it aint broke, don’t fix it.
