guess what, it’s the first Monday of the month !


new month new n=1 experiment

  • I am going to up my carbohydrates this month, but continue with omad and 2-day Tuesdays
  • I will do a 20 minute jog at least Monday – Friday every week, and do something on the weekends
  • I will lift 3 times a week
  • I will get my gold star every day and look back on November 30th and see 30 gold stars!

  • has journaling helped?
  • are you healthier?
  • how many days did you get to the gym?
  • what motivation works?
  • what doesn’t?
  • what habit chains are working?
  • can you add another habit to your morning chain?
  • to the habit chain that happens right after work?
  • can you do a lunchtime habit chain of 2-3 items?
  • can you do an evening habit chain right after supper? or right after the kids go to bed?
  • do you need to change it up? are you 2-3 pounds lighter than you were 30 days ago?
  • if it aint broke, don’t fix it.
