  • why is intermittent fasting a good method for food addicts?
  • it’s the simple rule of not eating for 16 or 20 hours a day
  • maybe just go a couple hours in the morning without eating breakfast
  • even if you IF for just a few weeks, it may build up the capability to make better food decisions
  • you learn to just say no
  • give it a shot
  • its at least worth flirting with
