Here are my notes:

  • there are few things that make us feel like we have 100% control over ourselves
  • we have FULL control over what we shove in our pie hole
  • don’t say you don’t have control
  • realize it
  • no one is forcing you to eat food
  • the only person doing that is YOU
  • you always have the power
  • the split second before you put that food in your mouth
  • take back the control
  • Say, “OMAD, please help me”
  • and OMAD says, “I got you. believe in me”
  • I am OMAD
  • I’ve gained control
  • I’ll believe it when you see it
  • use set meal times
  • if I have to ramp up to it, start with 2 meals a day with no snacking
  • we all have that control
  • we just have to find it
  • a month from now, you’ll have control
  • the snacking is gone, the anxiety is gone
