new week.

This is thankgiving week in the us.

time for family

I’m making my plan for the week

I’ll begin my week with OMAD Fast OMAD

then on Thursday will be a big eating day for me

and Friday – Sunday – OMAD OMAD Fast

Sunday is a travel day – it can be easy to fast on travel days


I am a bad bad snacker.

for me OMAD works because without this very simple rule,

I will just continually eat all day long every day this week.


of course YOU have to come up with your own rules

find stuff that works for you

journal it

tune it

evolve the plan


Here are some tips for the week:

  • don’t let the family pressure you
  • don’t nibble as you cook
  • get to the gym this week
  • walk with your family members- one at a time or as a group
  • make your schedule and stick to it
